PCSX2 (PlayStation 2 emulation software) cheat code file with data that allows GameShark or Code Breaker codes or other kinds of cheats. The file includes the game title, version of the game and the cheat code. You can edit PNACH files with any text editor due to their plain text formatting. The cheat code is stored in a hexadecimal format and is used by the emulation application for inserting modified data into the emulated game at a particular data point.

PNACH files are located in the '/patches/' folder of the PCSX2 installation directory.
