Bot Do Tanoth
For those of you that haven't done the Watchtower quest yet, there is a fantastic dungeon underneath Gu'Tanoth full of blue dragons that no one ever uses. Great alternate for people that don't yet have 70 Agility for the Taverly dungeon. Quest requirements: Watchtower quest Recommended: part of Dragon Slayer for the anti-dragon breath shield, or else buy one on the GE. Alternatively, buy super anti-fire potions for dual wielding/2h weapons. Standard combat recommendations of 70+ in combat skills for maximum effectiveness. For those of you with high Divination, port the hides and bank the bones. Summoners, bring your Beast of Burden.

Basically, just follow the Runescape wiki's Blue Dragon moneymaking guide. Benefits of this Dungeon over Taverly: a) there is seldom anyone ever there, so no fighting over kills b) no agility requirement for optimal runs c) no baby dragons to take aggro from, although for high level defense players this wouldn't matter Downsides: a) it's high risk so there is an inherent risk of pk'ers b) the trip time is significantly longer than the Taverly dungeon if you meet the 70 agility check c) Watchtower is a very long quest if you haven't done it already Method: Set your mid respawn to Yanille. If you have enough money, you could potentially move your house to Yanille and use Home Teleport to decrease travel time (Requires 40 Magic). After your done with your run, bank your loot and gear then commit suicide on a guard to regen your health. Additional time could be saved by buying food and healing up that way, but why waste money when you can respawn for free with full HP, PP, and run energy? Have fun Darkscapers.
Don't need to start Dragon Slayer for the shield; You can buy an Anti-Dragon Shield or a Dragonfire Shield (range, melee or mage) from the G.E. You don't need to bring any food. Just wear d'hide armor for the life leech (assuming you are 65+ def.
You won't need any food). Unless you are afraid of being pk'd you don't need it. It is not significantly longer than Taverly. You're looking at 1-2 minutes extra time of walking. Assuming you didn't have agility for the T-Dungeon. If you angle your camera right and expand your mini-map you can pretty much AFK walk to the enclave by clicking the gates while below and then the enclave entrance after going through the gates. I used this spot for a month without a single person showing up.
Boot To Another Os
Would be nice if we could get this made - it's not a populated place you only go there for watchtower quest. I'll pay 30Mill OSRS for this if do. Alternate Blue Dragons Dungeon: Gu'Tanoth. There is a fantastic dungeon underneath Gu'Tanoth full of blue. My tactic at Taverly was to let the bots do my.
Since a couple weeks ago I have noticed more people frequenting it. It won't be safe for long. Upon entering the enclave, go to your left. Two dragons spawn very near each other and you can fill your inventory with bones in about 10 minutes if you take them down fast enough.
You only need to move after you stack their corpses three times (any more than that and they will start to disappear). You only need rune crossbow and broad bolts to take down the dragons fast.
The other dragon locations are annoying as they either have greater demons nearby, or they are too far apart. I timed myself for 50 trips one time and my average time (without interruptions such as chatting, browsing reddit etc.) was 13 minutes per trip (From the bank to dragons back to the bank). That's not true. The actual time it takes to walk from the bank-dragons-bank is much shorter (with proper agility) but because of all the other players and bots you just can't fill up your inventory with bones as quick as you can at the enclave. You would have to get two dragons every single time they spawn to match the Enclave. My tactic at Taverly was to let the bots do my work.
I would bring my x-bow and get the first hit on all three dragons and the bots would do the rest. But if there were other players, you normally only get 1 dragon. It's not an utter waste of money. Haha an Anti-Dragon shield sells for maybe 1k? I'll check the G.E.
In a bit and edit that. It's not expensive in the least bit. You make it seem like it's going to break your bank.
The cost of straight up buying it outweighs the effort it takes to obtain it through questing. Dragon Slayer IS NOT a requirement to farm dragons for their bones or wield the Anti-Dragon Shield (or the Dragonfire shield). It takes less than a minute to access the G.E. And buy an Anti-dragon shield and be on your way. Edit 4,999gp is the going price for an Anti-dragon shield. But it still costs next to nothing and my point stands.
